Q: How do I book a SportsCampo sports event place?
Search for your preferred sport, location, or academy. Choose your dates, and follow the prompts to complete your booking and payment.
Q: Can I book a SportsCampo place for someone else?
Yes, you can book on behalf of another athlete. Just enter their details during the booking process.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards plus Stripe and PayPal.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by Sports Academy/Host. You’ll see the specific policy for each booking before you confirm. Most academies/hosts offer full or partial refunds if cancelled within a certain timeframe.
Q: How do I cancel a booking?
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," select the booking, and follow the cancellation instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation, depending on your payment method.

Check the SportsCampo Event Hosts's profile for specific requirements. Generally, bring appropriate sportswear, footwear, water, and any personal equipment.
Q: How do I contact the SportsCampo Event Host before my session?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the academy’s contact details in your confirmation email.
Q: Can I leave a review for the Sports Event Host?
Yes! After your SportsCampo Event, you’ll receive an email prompting you to leave a review on the SportsCampo Event Host's profile.

No. It is free to list your Sports Event for one year.

Q: How do I update my organization information?
Log in to your dashboard, go to "My Profile," and edit your details, events, or availability.
Q: Can I set my own pricing and cancellation policy?
Yes, you can set your own prices and define your cancellation policy, which will be displayed to athletes during booking.
3. Bookings & Payments
Q: How do I receive payments for bookings?
Payments are processed through SportsCampo. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account within 3–5 business days after the session date.
Q: Can I communicate with athletes before the event?
Yes, once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the athlete’s contact details and can reach out to provide further instructions.
Q: What if an athlete cancels last minute?
Your cancellation policy applies. If the athlete cancels within your specified timeframe, you may retain the full or partial payment as per your policy.
